The Royal Route and Petrin Funicular were a blast for our family. We loved exploring the historic sites and enjoying the breathtaking views from the funicular. The location was perfect for families with children. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our visit even more enjoyable.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a dedicated play area for children.

I really appreciated the elegant decor of the hotel. The beautiful furniture and tasteful artwork made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious palace. The hotel's general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking stick. The staff were always ready to assist and were very considerate towards us senior guests.
I would have liked to see more handrails and grab bars in the hotel, especially in the bathrooms and along the hallways. This would greatly improve the safety and convenience for elderly guests like myself.

The Harrachovsky Palace offers a convenient location and a room with a fully equipped kitchen, which was great for self-catering. The provided database allowed for a smooth check-in process and ensured that I received the key from the office without any hassle.
It felt cramped, especially for three people, and resembled a room in a cheap hotel rather than a spacious apartment. The furniture was not well-maintained, and the refrigerator was dirty, which was off-putting.

Had the whole apartment to myself, perfect for pretending to be a fancy lady. The terrace was lovely for sipping my tea and judging passersby. The washing machine allowed me to clean my lacy handkerchiefs, very convenient.
Oh, and let's not forget the joy of hanging my clothes in the middle of the room, just like a public laundromat. Hilarious.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was in great condition. I also loved the fact that the location was perfect for my needs, with many attractions within walking distance. Plus, the staff at the office where I picked up the keys were friendly and helpful.
There were a few minor issues that bothered me during my stay. the check-in process was a bit inconvenient, as I had to go to a separate location to pick up the keys.

I loved staying at the fabulous apartment at Harrachovsky Palace. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the tram station and close to many attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful and even allowed us to have a late check-out. The apartment itself was comfortable and clean, and it had recently been renovated, so everything was in great condition. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel. I also enjoyed the terrace and the great vibes it had. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to families. I will definitely be back for another stay.

I chose Harrachovsky Palace for its great location near Wenceslas Square and specifically to visit the Old Town Hall with Astronomical Clock. The surprise was the excellent housekeeping service, provided on a limited basis, which I appreciated. The kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and separate dining area was also a plus.
3Rd floor apartment, no lift.
